What is Apples problem with me using my device??

As expensive as this ipad was, why cant I view my own file system? This app is a waste of time because it does not get past the blockades Apple has put in ios to prevent users from accessing their own files. Soecific programs are needed -- it like needing one road for red cats and another for blue cars with a dead dictator standing there with a pistol enforcing the ridiculous system.
